First instincts are that it should still be a Macmillan publication, if stating 1910. In the USA it was first produced by Doubleday Page in 1911.
I was aware that publications for export to India, and the Far east had a lighter paper described at times. I will look into the binding further.
The books I stated are catalogued at £45 and £40 for the known UK and USA firsts, internet asking prices differ.

I have only discovered a soft back described as Colonial Library in softback with Green card covers. Asking price £20.
Note a reference number might have been the book reference this edition in a list of Colonial library edition books, I would have thought that would be on yours also though.
This latter item still was described as Macmillan 1910. The advert was confusing to me, most other adverts either indicate rebinding, or original red boards for the hardback true UK first.

It was published by Macmillan in 1910 and illustrated by Frank Craig. Didn't have a d/j. Very good condition listed as £50-75.
