Help Identifying Durer Book.

Hello and thanks to all for such a great site as well as any and all help!
I have a leather bound copy of the Passion of Christ with 37 cuts by Durer. To me the book looks late 19th to early 20th. It has marbled boards, bumped spine with gilded lettering and gilded end pages.
There is absolutely no writing in the book what-so-ever. Passion of Christ is stamped in gold on a green band on the spine. The book does not appear to be missing any pages. The durer images are printed on gray paper which has been attached completely to the white pages (they do not flap). There are no tissue guards over the images. I've done google searches, addall etc... and have found nothing which cooresponds with this book. I've found a lot of "Little Passion of Christ" and versions which have fewer illustrations. I'm beginning to think it was a one off for an individual that was a Durer enthusiast.
Any help to ID the book or advice as to where I can look would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for the compliment, welcome, and I hope we inform and enlighten here. I certainly know that I learn an awful lot by looking into items. Instances when I think I know about a subject, I am surpised by the increase in prices or I find additional information.
So let me have a look this is intriguing. Back soon, and thanks again for the comments.

Hello again.
I am with you, on the lack of exact match, especially with regard to as many as 37 prints. The image I got from your details above, was of pre or post first world war. As the prints of many books of that era (for want of a better phrase), were stuck onto book pages. Thus always check that you are buying a wanted book with the correct complete amount of prints. (Often taken out and sold separately).
Which may be the reverse of what you have. I think you could be correct that this is a specially bound item by a Durer admirer.
The ads. I found were German or French, and 1910 and 1944 respectively, and I am sure at least one referred to text. They had less than 37 prints, which seems an odd number, no pun intended.
I could copy and paste the adverts I found if you need, but all indications on first search, agree with your theory of a dedicated fan having the items bound for their own use. It would I am sure have had text if it were a proof copy.
Have you looked at art and print sellers rather than book sellers for more information??

I believe that the 1944 items may actually be a different title.
But as his woodcuts sell for such high prices, I am assuming they are prints, or prints of his woodcuts, not originals you have, bound there? Surely they would not be uniform as you seem to indicate, or do sizes vary?
