I believe that New Zealand had a recorded 5.2 tremor out to sea, at approximately one hour before this, so either it takes that long to reach me here, or as neighbours report, a huge lorry went by roughly that time.
Hopefully no one had any results similar to Haiti. That does make me feel like being alarmist in comparison.
